YOWIE Patrol will be testing cell service and dead zones during the Sun Valley 2025 World Cup. Help us find dead zones by using our speed test! This effort is aimed at improving connectivity for attendees and raising awareness about the digital divide.

YOWIE is dedicated to identifying coverage gaps to ensure proper safety measures are taken on the slopes! Ski areas present unique emergency challenges — extreme weather, difficult terrain, high visitor volume, and limited access corridors — making it essential that ski patrol teams, search-and-rescue units, and local emergency responders are well-equipped and trained to operate effectively. YOWIE Patrol believes that a thriving ski culture is only possible when safety infrastructure keeps pace with the sport's growth.
