Yowie Patrol will be attending the U.S. Ski & Snowboard event at The Tall Ship in Boston! The U.S. Ski & Snowboard Foundation hosts a variety of formal and on-snow fundraising events across the country that raise more than $3.8 million for the Team annually. These featured events provide the perfect opportunity to meet the athletes and hear their stories firsthand. Special events account for a significant portion of the Team's annual fund and are supported and chaired by U.S. Ski & Snowboard Trustees, private donors, individuals, and businesses. 

YOWIE is dedicated to identifying coverage gaps to ensure proper safety measures are taken on the slopes! Ski areas present unique emergency challenges — extreme weather, difficult terrain, high visitor volume, and limited access corridors — making it essential that ski patrol teams, search-and-rescue units, and local emergency responders are well-equipped and trained to operate effectively. YOWIE Patrol believes that a thriving ski culture is only possible when safety infrastructure keeps pace with the sport's growth.
